A popular question we get in the support desk is how you can go about removing items from the menu shown to the affiliates when they are logged in. The menu is created largely in part by the features you have enabled and marketing items you have available. Note: When a section has no features enabled in it, the entire section will no longer be shown.<\/p>\n

\nAdmin Center: Affiliate Videos (upper right) > Settings (tab) > Enable Training Videos: Select No<\/p>\n

PDF Training Documents<\/strong>
\nAdmin Center: PDF Documents in the Training Materials section.
\n– Remove all documents and this link will no longer be shown to affiliates.<\/p>\n

Custom Tracking Links Manual<\/strong>
\nAdmin Center: General Settings > Advanced Tracking
\n– Disable all tracking methods and this link will no longer be shown to affiliates.<\/p>\n

Marketing Materials<\/div>\n

Banners, Page Peels, Lightboxes, Text Ads, HTML Ads, Text Links, Email Templates and PDF Marketing Brochures<\/strong>
\nThese links can be hidden by removing all content from them. For example, remove all banners and the Banners link will no longer be shown to affiliates. The same goes for the rest of these items.<\/p>\n

QR Codes<\/strong>
\nAdmin Center: Addons (upper right) > QR Codes > Enable QR Codes: Select No<\/p>\n

Email Links<\/strong>
\nThis non-removable via settings as they are auto-created by the system. If you want to remove this link, you can do it by editing the HTML source directly. Note: You will need someone familiar with HTML and\/or web design to complete this task. The file to edit is: \/templates\/themes\/[theme]\/account_menu.tpl<\/p>\n

Tier Linking Code<\/strong>
\n– Admin Center: Commission Settings > Tier Payout Levels > Number Of Tiers To Enable: Set to 0<\/p>\n
